Usage of Copyright Image

I sent you an e-mail on Tuesday requesting a meeting at 4 pm today to discuss as NVM Express will take the steps to remedy this item. You rejected the request for a short meeting. I am tied up in meetings until 4pm today with limited access to e-mail and will be taking the step necessary to close this item to meet the Friday deadline you set. Please let me know if this meets your expectations.

Unless I hear back in 24hrs I will be forced to resolve this through our attorney. Once our attorney is involved the cost of legal fees, court costs, and a settlement fee will far exceed the settlement fee we have offered.

This fee is for prior use if you wish to discuss using the image moving forward we would be happy to quote you a fee. I will expect payment arrangements to be made within 48hrs otherwise we will turn refer this to our counsel.
