Driver status

I've been looking back at the archives of the mailing to try to get up to 
speed on where the driver is, where its headed and where I can contrbute. 
I have a couple of questions.

1. There are quite a few patches that have been posted but have not been 
accepted into the tree. Does anyone have a list of the outstanding patches 
and their status. i.e. if/when they might be accepted (or rejected)

2. I've seen a TODO list with 40+ items on it, but it was posted over a 
year ago.  Does anyone have an updated list?
